Orders are processed in the order which they are received by our shipping department. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays. Usually your order is shipped the next business day after we receive payment, but will always be processed within 2 business days. We have choosen Fedex, UPS, USPS as our shipping carrier due to their high quality and reliable service.

Returns must come with their original package. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded. For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. You must obtain a return # (RMA) before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your RMA number and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 15 days of the receipt of the RMA number. RMA numbers are voided and items are ineligible for return after 15 days.
