Disappointed
1 of 1 found this helpful I couldnt get the watch to connect to my phone. I tried everything. I googled it and it seems the app for it is flukey. A lot of people were having problems with it

Moen tub drain
I ordered it to go with my Moen faucet. It is a quality set up. My plumber installed it when I had a new tub installed.

It has its flaws.
I like the watch but it disconnects from your Apple phone easily and often. I’ve been having a hard time getting alerts to sound. The second hand freezes on points set on the watch for alerts. So if I don’t keep checking it, I’d have no way of knowing. The watch cannot use WiFi. It doesn’t keep time without a phone connected to it. I got a new phone , a Galaxy 8 plus and it won’t connect. It manufacturer said to delete it from my iPhone because it can’t be connected to two phones. You need to be careful that you have downloaded the correct app to your phone. There is more than one Citizen app. I finally got it connected. But it's still disappointing. You have to carry your phone with you everywhere or the watch disconnects. The point of having a smart watch is so you don't have to carry your phone around the house.
