I am a full time ebay seller, also selling rummage / estate sale finds & personal items under ID Packrat255.

Wow.. where do I start? Primarily I sell Authentic, Native American made arts and crafts, but also carry a nice line of Southwestern home accessories, such as Pillow covers, table runners, placemats, blankets & throws. I also have some nice southwest print purses & totes. I custom make dreamcatchers, leather keyrings, headdress ornaments and bone hairpipe chokers. I also sell all sorts of crafting supplies, feathers, beads, rabbit pelts as well as mountain men & black powder accessories.

I accept credit card & echeck payments via pay pal, as well as domestic money orders (originating bank within the USA) I will accept international money orders, such as western union. HOWEVER, if the issuing bank is located outside of the USA, the buyer must add 2.00 to total to cover the processing fees my bank charges me!

Shipping is generally via USPS. However, UPS & express mail (overnight) options & rates available upon request.

I accept returns within 7 days of item receipt if the product is not as described and is returned undamaged. Will refund full purchase price. Return postage is at buyers expense. We highly recommend that our buyers purchase insurance. We do not offer refunds on items lost or damaged in transit. We take every care to package your item well, however... if by some odd chance your purchase is damaged in transit and you paid for insurance, we will gladly give you the info you need to file an insurance claim.

Darn if I know! I shipped the items promptly as described, and the buyers made no attempt to communicate with me to let me know their was a problem. They also ignored all my attempts to contact them to try to find out why!!! Guess they were just nasty folks! I am more than willing to accept returns as specified in my return policy. If I accidently mess up an order, I always make it right! I am an honest seller.
