I am a shoe and boot a holic..I must have em..they have to be the finest leathers and I prefer leather soles..I search the net for bargains on them..I wear size 10..and my girls are 9 &11..that is why I am selling boots in these sizes..

I treat buyers the way I want to be treated..and I buy a LOT. I give help..sizing info..try to answer questions..asap...wil match things for you..ect.. I treat this the same way I did when I had an expensive shoppe... folks return when they are treated well... I DO mess up..we all do..I occasionally miss something..because my eyes are getting OLD..and..I misplace things..all the time..my regular girls know this..HI girls...All you can do is try... and..I do try..If you need help..a matching items..something needs a tuck..or whatever..just ask me.. In most cases..I ship priority..I also try to package an item..the way I like to open one..with a smile... EXCEPT..doing this International does not make sense..I would rather have a squashed item from overseas..than a 45 buck shipping bill..LOL!! also,,I make up no airs..I never act like I am a company..or have help.. it is just me..and the rare time I can rope one of my teens to help me.. as..I said..thats rare..

I beeleive that there is a place on Ebay....for the same treatment that you would get if you walked into a high end boutique..as I owned one for many years... buyers can be friends also..there is no reason to treat them badly..like so many sellers do.. yes,there are PIAs..we all have em..and we all have been em at one time or another..but..I will not penalize buyers..because I had a bad apple or 2...

I think that its a bit sneaky.. as a buyer..you do not realize what it does to a good seller... I do..I also know that it is not anonymus..I check my ratings 15 times a day..and the second I get a 4 star..I know where it came from..and..alhough it may make you feel good..it costs me money..and its hard to fix,,, this month..I got 1 unfair one star..ONE! it was unfair as she was annoyed that it took me 5 days..to get her package to California..I assume she had a bad day...But,I blocked her. let me explain:I got 1 bad star..and 200 good ones..this month...that 1 star..cost me 145.00 in fees that I would not have had to pay..which means..little things go up..in shipping ect..as I have to make the money back somehow.. and..I figured out..that it takes 1000 perfect stars to make up for 1 bad star..not fair..but..the way it is..so..if a seller really stinks..ZAP EM! bad sellers have no place here. but,work with the good ones..

If there is something wrong..TELL ME! If there is any way that I can fix it..I will.. This is how I take care of my children..and keeping folks happy is the way to do it...so..do not take it out on my feedback or stars..we are all people..dealing with a computor driven system..so..just let me knoew..you can always call me also..I work with buyers on the phone..for sizing help..ect..just email me for my #..so..once again..if there is a concern..I can fix it..
