My small jewellery business aims to provide simple, secure online shopping for beautiful, handcrafted, jewellery incorporating sterling silver, tibetan silver, beads and semi-precious gemstones. I pride myself on my high standard. All the items online are completely hand crafted and designed by Debbie Watton. Debbie has a wealth of experience in sourcing beautiful gemstones and beads following her passion of making jewellery. After many years in customer service, Debbie decided to formalise her experience and knowledge in 2006 by creating handcrafted pieces to sell. The designs are suited for every occasion from the simplest of everyday wear, to the most beautiful sets for those very special occasions. All are exclusive yet present fantastic value for money.

My preferred option of payment is by paypal as it by far the most efficient and secure method of online payment. However, I do also accept cheque or postal order, made payable to Deborah Watton. Please note that items purchased will only be sent out once cleared funds are received.

Please note that my P&P costs include all packaging materials, postal costs and presentation packaging of the items. This can be either in a pretty organza bag for bracelets and earrings or a small pretty gift box for necklaces. I endeavour to post all items as quicly as possible and within 24 hours of payment. Postage is normally 1st class post, but every item will be securely packaged to avoid damage. Should you require a differnt type of postal service, then please contact me upon winning the item so that I can provide you with a suitable postal type and charge.

I operate a returns policy for any broken or damaged pieces, providing I am contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please note that due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
