DelBec Inc. is a company I created with my younger sister Del. It's about 3 years old (founded circa 2004) and we started out just selling wholesale items we acquired from shopping around the Tri-State area(NY, NJ & CT). Now we're a fully offline/online small business enterprise that caters to consumers with an eye for good bargains without sacrificing good quality.
Payment policy
Money Orders, Paypal Credit Card Payments, and Cash at Buyer's discretion. Absolutely no Cheques/Checks or C.O.Ds accepted.
Shipping information
All items are general shipped out within 72 hours upon receipt of payment.
Return policy
No returns accepted, except for extreme conditions which are evaluated on a case to case basis. Subject to a mandatory 30% restocking fee + all returns will be at buyer's expense.
