All items being sold are surplus items no longer used by the company. All items are tested and described in as much detail as possible. Unless otherwise noted all photos are of the actual product. SOLD-AS-IS items are NOT returnable.

Business Information

Payment policy
PAYPAL ONLY. All items must be paid for within 3 business days of the end of the auction. Failure to make payment within this time may result in negative feedback and possible reporting to eBay for collections. Any items ending or paid for during non-business hours will be processed the following business day.

Shipping information
All items will ship via UPS Ground or UPS freight. Next day air, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipping is available for an additional charge. Items that sell for more than $99 will require a signature upon delivery. Items paid for by 1pm EST on a business day will almost always ship the same day. In the rare event that I know there will be a delay in your item shipping I will contact you immediately.

Return policy
Three days on items that are not SOLD-AS-IS, unless otherwise specified in the auction. Buyer must pay all return shipping charges unless otherwise arranged, all returns must be returned in original packaging, unless the original packaging was severely damaged.
