More about us.
James parents were miners, he has a brother that still is.His mother was well known in her own right as the 1st female hardrock miner. Their vacations were spent on various rock hounding (garnets, opals, turquoise, etc.) adventures. My husband was brick, block and stone mason & I a nurse. I have been disabled for about 9 years and after several knee injuries my husband was faced with finding a new profession. On 1 of our many trips to Las Vegas where our daughter lives James started pointing out the many different rock colors & formations. I was amazed at his knowledge of minerals and geology but a bit worried about what I could contribute. When we returned home I decided to check it out. I went to a gemstone site and picked a name I had never heard about and decided I would learn everything I could about it and see if it held my interest. I picked Zultanite and read & read for days. I then bought one. I was happily surprised that it did hold my interest and I wanted to learn more....
Business InformationHistory/background
James and I decided that it was a perfect transition to collecting, buying and after much urging from friends and family to start making and selling some of our finds as well as jewelry that we had been doing only for them to the public. We started about 3 years ago and always incorporate stone searching in our vacations. All of our Gemstone are completely Natural. Absolutely NO synthetics, NO immatations and No combined stones. Our metals are exactly as described in the individual items profile. Absolutely NO mystery metal!! We hope you enjoy our Delightful Gems and Jewelry as much as we have collecting, polishing, cutting(with thanks to Eric) and setting them.
