Item was listed as in new condition and not removed from box. I did not believe the "never removed from box" statement, so it was not the reason why I am disappointed. It was because there are lots of black stains on the doll's clothing. They were very visible while the doll was still in the box. The seller took pictures in a way to hide it. The box tore while I was removing the doll, so I obviously cannot return the item. It seems as though the box and doll had some water damage at one point.
