All items are new unless noted otherwise. Most of our large items / furniture items ship factory direct via motor freight. Smaller items ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Carefully read shipping terms and lead times prior to purchase. Back Orders occassionaly occur and this event you will be contacted via email.

Items can be returned for credit within 5 days of receipt. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be issued. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Contact via email with your reason(s) for return along with your contact information and item number along with date of purchase. NOTE: Custom Upholstery is not available for return due to the nature of custom selection of fabric. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Bella Casa. Shipping charges are not refundable.
