This is a great "game". I love it because it helps make working out fun. There are little games within the training section and you get a score each time you play. There are 4 training sections, yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balanace games. Within each one is a set of games, and the more you play the more you can unlock new games or levels. It is very fun and makes working out seem fun instead of a chore! I highly recommend this game to anyone!!
