If you like GTA, you'll love Saints Row!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this item along with an Xbox 360 which was a Christmas gift for my husband. We currently have a Playstation 2 which we love and we own every GTA that has ever been made. I guess you could say we're GTA enthusiasts. In an effort to provide my husband with a nice library of game titles with his 360, I bought Saints Row to bide our time while we're waiting on the next GTA title to come out this year for the 360.
An attraction to this game at first, was the fact that it claimed to have multiplayer abilities which I thought would be a lot of fun. Unfortunately that claim is a little misleading. The multiplayer ability is done through system link which requires multiple consoles as well as multiple tv's and the proper cables between them all. Way too much trouble for this feature.
Over all this is an excellent game. It is most comparable to GTA San Andreas. One thing we really like about it though, which is different, is the ability to customize your character in every way imaginable. Plus, who doesn't like wreaking havoc for no apparent reason?!
If you like or perhaps love GTA like we do, you can't go wrong with this game.
