Used. Container was empty and as you can see from the pictures, it was cracked and had hairs on the wand. . Contacted the seller who gave me a song and dance and then never refunded my money because you can’t return this item. Be careful what you buy and this was expensive and I’m a nurse on a limited budget.

I offered a refund with the return of the product and that included me paying for the return label. You contacted me 10 days after you received the product and then didn't contact me until 7 days after I offered the refund in which you said there was no more option to refund.. and didn't contact eBay about it
