DisKounters has been around for some time. Re-established in 2003, DisKounters has brought classic and current video gaming to our customers at reasonable prices.

We prefer PayPal on eBay, and Half.com has their own payment system.

All orders ship same or next day, other than rare occasions. Half.com orders ship within the time window. We use delivery confirmation/tracking on every possible order. Feel free to email us for your tracking number.

For auctions, your bid is a contract. New/sealed games must be new/sealed if returned. We have the right to charge a 20% restock fee to cover expenses. On half.com, we do not issue refunds on shipping if an item is returned. It costs us to pack and ship packages, and we will not absorb that cost.

We have had people take notice of our feedback percentage. Feedback is a big part of eBay, but on Half.com, fraud was a problem. Many of the feedback we received came from the $1,000,000 in canceled fraud orders we had. Since we use delivery confirmation, we can prove that ANYONE that claims they did not get their package actually did. Some people prefer to leave feedback BEFORE emailing and contacting a seller. If a package does not arrive, we can check it with delivery confirmation, and if lost (thanks to the wonderful USPS), send a replacement out.

Please understand, when USPS drops a peach slip in your mailbox, that means YOU must drive to your local post office and pick the package up in the allotted time. We cannot be responsible for USPS deciding whether or not to leave a package at your residence, sometimes they require a signature.
