Most of our products can be shipped economically and reliably via USPS. As a matter of fact, we have more breakage with UPS, even for items being shipped just a day away. However, we are happy to ship most orders by your favorite carrier. We'll even charge shipments to your existing account.

Non customized merchandise can be returned for refund, credit or exchange - less original shipping costs. We will deduct $5 or 10%, whichever is greater, from return credit/refunds for items that are sent with FREE SHIPPING. Because they are personalized just for you, items that are correctly engraved, printed or otherwised customized cannot be returned.
