The seller did not include the A0013 Back Base Unit Wiring Harness which was pictured in the post. The seller did forgive the cost because of a crack in the glass and offered to cancel the order, but all I really needed was the Back Base Unit, so I did not cancel my order. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for the shipment to find out that it didn t include the one part I need. Total waste of time and shipping money.

Hi Mike, I replied about that plate, that is what I am describing. Please check the back of the unit by flipping over the nest, and you can take the plate off the main nest unit. You have all the pieces. Please reply back when you what I mean. Thank you.
