I work very hard and try to do a great job with every single sale. I rarely take a day off and am happy to answer questions at all times of the day and night. If a buyer is displeased about something I am always available to work it out. I care.

This is not at all what I ever imagined doing for work but it works for me. I am divorced and have two children. It is so great for me to be available to my children much moreso than I would be if I worked outside of my home. Although I work much more than 8 hours per day the hours are quite flexible.

I really prefer pay pal.

I try to ship within 24 hours. Most of my buyers are thrilled with my rapid shipping. If there is a problem or a delay please let me know asap so I can try and fix it.

I want every buyer to be happy with the transaction. Most of my buyers know exactly what they are buying so that is not a problem. I have very few returns. I am afraid my return policy has changed. The economy has changed and I just do not have the time for returns nor can I afford them. I am a small business. Anyway, if you want to return an item-you must wait for me to relist the item on ebay and find a buyer who will accept the item. Of ocurse the item must arrive in perfect condition to the new buyer. I will exspet you to pay for the shipping both ways. So I will only be refunding the price of the item. I do not want to have a policy like this but I need to. So please be sure that you love the item and will want to keep it before buying it. Thanks so much. deb

You can almost always receive a response to your email within 24 hours but most likely much sooner. Akron58@aol.com
