My name is Shannon. I have 2 boys and 1 girl. I spend more time on the computer than I should. If I start a book and it grabs me, I generally don't stop reading until I am done.

I collect many different and varied things. One of my favorite collections is my books. I have over 1000, and they are all well loved. I also collect coins, lead crystal, fairies, dragons, and tiny things. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's tiny!

I love to read, cook, write, and research. I research anything that I come across that interests me. I study it until I know the object or subject from the inside out.

I am quite taken with Ann Rice. Not all her books, but most of them. Also, books by Kim Harrison, and Alice Hoffman. I wouldn't say that I have a favorite book, or books...I love every book I read.

I have this thing for horror movies. The bloodier, the better. Gore and guts...also, my absolute favorite is The Shawshank Redemption.

I don't watch much TV, as I would rather read. Bones is one show that I do try to make a point to watch.

There really is no history or background. I sell stuff that I can no longer use, so other people can use it. Kids clothes, for example. Generally I sell stuff to make room for more stuff!!

Ebay now requires that everyone use Paypal. I don't really agree with this policy, because Paypal can be a pain in the rear. I can't put it in the auctions, but I would accept Postal Money Orders, and personal checks if there is communication, and no other way for the buyer to make the purchase. I would even accept cash if that's the only way the buyer can purchase an item. In payment methods, I am very flexibe, but do comply with Ebay policy of accepting only Paypal.

I ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. I ship via USPS, but can do FedEx of UPS if that is what the buyer wants. Communication is the key, and I try to follow the buyers wishes in any way I can.

I try to be as accurate as possible with words and pictures in describing an item in an auction. Again, communication is the key. I have a 7 day return policy. Buyer has 7 days from date of reciept of item to get it back to me. Then I will credit the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item back to me, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
