I believe everyone is entitled to some sort of feedback when conducting either a sale or a purchase of items on EBay. It isn't the best system I have seen but it is a system. I feel the general course of providing feedback should be as follows: I advertise - you buy - I deliver - you reply (with feedback) - I reply (with feedback). I won't hold anyone hostage to a strict system but this does seem fair and logical to me as an order of things for conducting business. I FEEL IT IS NECESSARY - IF NOT JUST PLAIN GOOD MANNERS - TO REPLY TO ANY FEEDBACK GIVEN - EITHER POSITIVE, NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE.

I have been selling for a short time on EBay, however, I have extensive knowledge and many years of dealing with worldwide customer related and Quality Engineering issues. Prior to that I was a degreed working Machinist with a secondary background in Metallurgy and Welding. Up until the past couple of years I worked in the Military/Commercial Semiconductor Industry as a Manager for all phases of Quality Assurance and Quality Control of manufactured electronic components and associated testing labs for a mid-size semiconductor manufacturer. EBay selling of my line of quality and custom prospecting equipment is now what I am going to pursue. I am in this for the long haul and hope to be as successful here as I was in the original field(s)that I have used to make my living.

PayPal, Cashiers Check, US Postal money orders, occasionally personnal checks and if the circumstance is right - barter trade.

I ship using Priority Mail and First Class Mail as much as possible. These are the fastest and most secure way to deliver my product(s). I ship your order same day if the order is received prior to 12PM PST and no later than next day when an order completes after 12PM PST. You will receive your purchase as fast as humanly possible from me(unless you pick it up personaly).

I will refund or exchange any defective product I might inadvertently supply without a hassle.
