Albeit I am young, I have been working in retail for a bit, and as such know basic business methods/stratagem. I also believe that you can never have too much customer service, and that your best is all anyone should expect from you. They call it your best for a reason, because it's all you can do. To expect more than someone's best is sheer ignorance.

I generally use my debit/credit via PayPal, and also prefer PayPal as a method of payment from others.

Shipping depends on however much the buyer is willing to pay for shipping. If the buyer does not specify, or is not given a choice (due to eBay's somewhat limiting choices when creating a listing), it will be shipped out via General Shipping, Standard Shipping, or Media Mail. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours.

I will only issue a refund or accept a return if the product reaches the customer in a non-working state. If there is substantial damage to the product, a full-to-partial refund may be issued depending on the damage sustained. However, I put my utmost care in to properly packaging orders. As such, shipping damages are highly unlikely.

As I buyer I am very responsible. I have not been on eBay for long, but I can assure you that payments will be made quickly and without complication. My payment method is almost exclusively PayPal, but I can conform to the payment methods of the seller if so desired. In addition, I only bid/purchase items when I know I have the necessary funds. Payment will more often than not arrive almost immediately after the auction is closed, unless the seller has specified otherwise.

I will require payment to be made within 1-2 days for PayPal, 3-6 for other methods of payment. The item will be shipped out within 24 hours of the payment being received in full. I have an array of packaging materials at my disposal, and will take consideration into the shipping hazards and distance the package is traveling. If for some reason the order is damaged, I may be willing to issue a refund equivalent to the price paid for the product. I will not reimburse shipping, however, unless the buyer wishes to ship it back to me.
