One of the rudest sellers I have ever encountered. I mis read it had been used 3 times. the item was listed as new, but she was incredibly rude and condescending to me.

All I did was provide a screen shot of the item listing where right at the top it said used 3 times. I then asked if you were wanting to return it. So sorry you took it as rude but you message was, and I'm quoting: "You really should have said that it was used in your listing". I have screen shots of our conversation as well. Just not sure here you get I was rude. Was not my intention. Until now. Find Jesus.

In the category listings you said "new did you look at the explanation for new? Like new is not new. You stated the gel is cheap so what if it was used. Its 90 dollars on their website. You were very rude as a seller. This was a over 500 dollar purchase.

Could be nice but mine rattles.
There's a bad vibration sound when the volume is up to just 3. I tried to open it up and put some foam in it. Did not help. It's like it has the top of the unit that needs reattached. I have to lie it upside down or it's really bad.

nice phone for the $$
Verizon no longer supports this product.It has some nice features but lacks support since it's about 2 years old. For those of us that don't stand in line for the latest product to come out, kinda a bummer.
