My offering is based around Apple Mac games and iPod accessories. For gamers - anything from classics from the 90’s through to the latest titles. For iPod owners - skins,cases,chargers,transmitters,headphones,speakers and hopefully everything else.

Business InformationPayment policy
At the moment, only direct deposit into my company bank account is accepted. However, paypal will soon be accepted (generally for purchases $30 or more in value). Watch this space or look out for the paypal logo on future listings.
Shipping information
All items are restricted to Australian purchasers only.
The reason for this is that in order to keep my costs low, I am a firm believer in the KISS policy (Keep It Simple Stupid !). I don’t want to be dealing with custom’s declarations, potentially delayed or lost mail, payments in overseas currencies etc.. etc.. Sorry, maybe this will change but at the moment, unless you have an Australian delivery address please don’t buy from me.
Return policy
Except where an item is faulty or dead on arrival (or heaven forbid, the item description is wrong), a no returns policy applies. I try to provide as much information as possible about my items and links to other sites which have reviewed or tested the product so please choose carefully. Again, if you are not sure about an item, always ask first before buying !

Pricing Policy
As a pure web based business, I don’t have to pay for a fancy retail outlet with a fancy retail fitout. The number of items for sale at any one time is usually no more than 150 different items. This keeps my holding (and inventory) costs low.
The result? Consistently low prices for all products, whether it is the latest in demand game to a classic from the 90’s. Prices are continually monitored and in almost all cases buy it now so you know exactly what you are paying. Postage is always provided at cost, thanks largely to volunteer labour I’m receiving whilst I am starting up!
Warranty and Support
Wherever warranty is provided by the distributor this is clearly indicated in the listing. Any warranty claims must be authorised first, after which an address and reference number for the item will be provided. The buyer is responsible for any postage costs to return the item.
