Welcome to…J&W Collectables We go to Auctions, Estate Sales, Garage and Yard Sales and pick up all sorts of items that catch our eye. We are always on the look out for Depression glass, Beanie Babies, Redline Hot Wheels, Beer Signs and any other collectable items. At the same time, we try to find great deals on not-so-collectable items like cell phones, hard to find items, just about anything under the sun. So, check out our auctions each week because you never know what you may find…. Sincerely, J&W Listings: We are not perfect, and from time to time we make mistakes. So, if you see an item that is not listed in the correct category or the description is not accurate, please let us know and we will correct the mistake right away.

Payment: Please, no personal checks -- we prefer that you use PayPal. If you wish to send a money order, please e-mail us and let us know when we should expect your payment. We ask that you pay within seven (7) days of winning the auction. If for some reason you are not able to pay within seven (7) days then please e-mail us, otherwise a nonpaying dispute will be filed with eBay and the item will be put back up for auction. All international purchases must be paid in U.S. funds via PayPal.

Shipping: Once payment has cleared we will ship your item within 2 business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. We will always combine shipping (when appropriate) in order to save you money. Keep in mind that we auction off lots of glass items. In most cases, it is not realistic to combine multiple glass items just to save a few bucks on shipping. We keep our shipping costs as low as possible and charge a very small handling fee to cover the cost of shipping supplies for your item and the gas and time it takes to transport your item to the USPS or UPS Store.

Returns: All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us via email to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To validate the dispute, all returned items will be compared with pre-auction photos prior to refunding payments.

Auctions: As you can see from our current auctions, we take a lot of pictures! We find that it is best to take several pictures and provide you with as many angles as possible. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words…and allows you to determine the condition of an item. Questions: We always answer questions to the best of our ability and usually respond within hours of when the question was posted. Bidding: Only serious bidders please. Ask questions before you bid…we will answer them. We lose time and money when a non-paying bidder wins one of our auctions, so please do not bid if you do not intend on paying.

Insurance: We pack every item with care and to the best of our ability. The goal is to ensure that your item arrives safe and sound. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. We do not work for the post office or UPS so please do not try to hold us responsible for their mistakes. It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance on all items, especially glass items that are no longer in production. Feedback: We always leave positive feedback once we have received positive feedback. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us first before you leave negative feedback. We will do all that we can to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the transaction.
