Please review all auction descriptions before bidding, and please do not bid/purchase from me if you are unhappy with s/h rates. I consider my handling charges very reasonable, but if you do not agree, then please refrain from purchasing from my listings. I put a considerable amount of time and effort into creating responsible listings, and answering all inquiries quickly and honestly. A discounted s/h on multiple purchases is clearly defined in my listings. Discounts are considered a COURTESY to the Buyer, and certainly not an obligation to the Seller on Ebay. I am happy to offer a discount on the s/h of multiple purchases. Once again, if you do not feel you agree, then please refrain from purchasing. I offer respect and courtesy to all my Buyers and Sellers - and hope to receive the same in kind. PLEASE NOTE: By shopping my listings, you are accepting all stated Terms of Sale (TOS).

Keep in mind that as per Ebay policy, Sellers are NOT permitted to offer negative or neutral feedback ratings for Buyers, so all Buyer Feedback Scores will always be 100% unless they have ventured into the land of Selling! You are not always getting a full or honest picture of all transactions due to this restriction. I encourage you to ask questions and communicate any concerns. If I make an error in listing or shipping, I always offer fair and QUICK resolutions. Feedback is posted only after the Buyer indicates through FB that they have received their item(s) and are pleased with the transaction. Feedback, as always, is voluntary. I treat others as I want to be treated myself! Always!
Payment policy
As per a change in Ebay's policies (November 2008), I will no longer be able to post any payment forms other than Paypal in my listings. You are free to e-mail me via Contact the Seller with any concerns. Thank you!
Shipping information
U.S.P.S. I primarily ship First Class, Parcel Post and Priority Mail. First Class International is used for overseas/ international shipping. The International Buyer should be aware that they, not the Seller, are responsible for any or all customs fees or taxes due on their packages upon receipt in their countries. Special requests for Domestic ship options may be honored - on a case by case situation. Kindly e-mail first before making assumptions! I do my best to ship within 24 hours of cleared payment (see my great feedback!), definitely within 48 hours. If there is a problem with your package, you are informed within 48 hours. Packages are shipped to addresses provided through Ebay and/or Paypal. If you need something shipped to another location - please contact me through Ebay or Paypal when you make your payment. I will be happy to accommodate almost all requests on shipping destinations.
Return policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. Exceptions are few, and will be noted in the item description(s). No shipping and handling charges are refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. In over 5239 transactions, I have only had 12 returns thus far! Refunds will be made via Paypal accounts or Money Order.

Things that Drive Me Nuts!
1. Lack of communication. Please use Ebay checkout to let me know when to expect payment and in what form! I always report Unpaid Items on Day 8 after auction-end. I view it as a courteous and professional way to send reminders of payments not received; and a way to re-gain my lost Ebay fees if the Buyer never ends up making payment. I typically have 100s of listings going at any given time. Reporting an Unpaid Item is not a personal affront to your character!
2.When buyers don't contact me with concerns so that we can work things out! I'm such a fair and patient person! Please ask questions if you have concerns. I almost always respond within a couple of hours.
3. Retaliatory feedback! Just because you cannot always trace a lie on feedback (the system has its flaws!), does not mean it is kind or fair to bad-mouth each other on feedback! Live your life well - treat each other with courtesy and respect - as you want to be treated yourself. And lastly - ENJOY E-BAY!
