We have been members of eBay since 1999. We have 100% feedback. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us. Recently eBay has instituted a new rating system for sellers called Top Rated Seller program. Even though we have 100% feedback and 4.9 in all categories yet we do not qualify. This is based on a few people that rated us a 1 or 2 in the s/h charge category. If you are hesitant to bid because the Top Rated Badge is not here, please read our feedback and trust that we will continue to provide what we feel is ABOVE TOP RATED service to our customers, regardless of how eBay rates us.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal. In some circumstances we will accept checks or money orders. but request that you check with us first.
Shipping information
We combine our s/h charges. If you win 1 item or 20 you pay just 1 s/h charge. We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. All items are shipped to the address provided by PayPal. Our items are shipped insured. For those countries that are not covered (listed in auctions), we will ship by Registered Mail at an additional cost. If the item does not arrive we ask that you provide us with a signed affidavit or email stating the item has not arrived. This allows us to file a loss claim with the insurance company. We appreciate your cooperation with this. Just as you do not want to pay for an item you do not receive, we do not want to take a loss for those damaged or lost. Insurance time lines are US 21 days and Int'l 45 days. International shipments may be sent with a customs form. Due to a couple recent losses in International shipments, customs forms will be applied to larger priced items. This provides us with a tracking number so that we can track a lost item.
Return policy
We accept returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us for return instructions. Refund will be issued for purchase price minus shipping costs. We ask that you read the item description carefully and examine the large scans we provide. Most of the stamps we sell are sound. There may be a few in larger collections that have thins or tears or creases. We try to maintain our quality but occasionally one gets by us. If a stamp has a major fault we will describe it in the auction. If you have any questions regarding an item, please ask. We try to answer emails within 12 hours or less.

IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION
EBay's new Top Rated Seller program has customers rate sellers based on 4 areas. Item description, Communication, S/H time, and s/h costs. We believe that the first 2 are very important. As for shipping time, we feel this is not a good indicator as it is not completely under our control. We ship within 24 hours of payment. We do not have control over the post office in the US or Internationally. Once we pass it to them, we cannot control how long it takes them to deliver the item. We try to provide very fast shipping, but the PO has to do their job too. As for S/H costs. There are costs that are associated with running a business. There are fees (PayPal and Ebay, shipping and supplies etc) We have tried to keep our S/H charge reasonable and will continue to do so. We start all of our auctions at a penny. If they sell for 1 penny or $100 the costs remains. So we ask you consider this when rating us in this category.
