I have been on eBay since 1999, and am a buyer and seller. When I buy, I pride myself on prompt payment and feedback. When I sell, I strive to provide excellence in both product and service. So many sellers and companies have forgotten what honest sales and good service mean - but I have not. My goal is absolute customer satisfaction. As a buyer I see how mediocre many sellers are when it comes to service. As a buyer I expect great service, and I always try to provide that level of service when I sell.
Payment policy
I always include all the payment method information in the auctions for your convenience. However, if you wish, you may always ask me a question about payments (or anything else about the auction) and I will be happy to provide a prompt and courteous response.
Shipping information
I usually ship very quickly (often the day of payment or the very next business day), and usually include delivery confirmation for free. Additionally, I like to take the time to email my clients to let them know their item was shipped - so they know their item is on its way.
Return policy
This varies based on the type of item sold. Some items can be returned, but some items due to their nature cannot. Please check the auction, or of course you can always ask me.

Due to my busy schedule, the easiest and fastest contact method is to simply contact me through eBay and then I can get your message from any computer no matter where I am. Please avoid hiding your email address so that I can reply without having to log-into eBay - it saves time, and I always respect your privacy. Your information is yours and it stays that way when you place it in my hands.
