I became a member and listed my first item to learn the processes involved in eBay selling activities for my job. I am finding it is very rewarding and a great deal of fun to sell on eBay. I like the feeling of completion when an item is shipped out. The people I have interacted with on eBay, both as a buyer and a seller, are wonderful.

Payment is expect within 7 days of the end of auction. Please contact me to make arrangements if you must delay beyond the 7 days. I prefer Pay Pal, but will accept money order/Cashier checks and personal checks. Please do not send cash. I will delay shipping on items paid for by personal check for up to seven days to allow the check to clear.

I discount combined shipping. Ask for an invoice and add a note to seller if you want to combine shipping. I try to ship the day I receive cleared payment (3 business days, max). I usually ship USPS Priority Mail. I know what it's like to be expecting a shipment from a winning bid: time seems to drag! However, I have no control over the length of time it takes to deliver your package once it leaves my hands. If you want to have your package extra quickly, let me know BEFORE YOU PAY, and I will work out alternative shipping with you. If it seems to be taking an extraordinary time to get your package, contact me and I will try to find out where it is. Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. I take extra care when packing fragile items, but cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in shipping if insurance is declined. International purchases will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International, which includes insurance.

In general, all sales are final. As with all rules, there are exceptions. If your item is not as described or you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me for resolution before filing a dispute or leaving a less than positive feedback. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Communication is the foundation for a positive experience on eBay. If you have any questions, please ask. Just remember that like many others who sell on eBay, I have a job in the real world. I check my messages and email as soon as I get home, and will respond as quickly as I can. The best way to contact me about an item is to click on ASK SELLER A QUESTION in the item description. I will be able to answer your questions quickly because the item information will only be a click away. Once you have placed a winning bid, additional contact information will be provided to you in your winning bid notification.

International winning bids will be paid in US dollars. They will usually be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International, which includes some insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased. Buyer is responsible for all import duties/taxes/fees. Check with your country's customs office BEFORE YOU BID for any import restrictions. Shipping and handling fees for an item returned because of customs restrictions are non-refundable.

I prefer to use the US Post Office because, in my experience, they have proven to be the most reliable method of shipping. I choose to ship priority mail because it is pretty fast, yet less expensive than express or next day delivery. However, if you want me to consider alternative shipping just post me a message and I will work with you.
