PayPal is the preferred method and through PayPal you can use your Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Money Order or Cashiers check would be the next preferred method followed by personal checks for some items with a holding period prior to shipment for the check to clear.

Most items if stocked locally are shipped out within a three to five day time period and oftentimes sooner. Larger items are typically drop-shipped directly from the factory warehouse to avoid additional handling charges and time delays. These items are more subject to seasonal variants and the shipping can vary from 7 to 10 business days and upwards to 15 business days during peak season. If ever an item comes up in a stock-out situation and can not be shipped within a 15 business day time period a full refund, exchange or option to wait will always be granted. Some products that have a tremendous number of sku's can not always be stocked 100% of the time and occasionally a stock-out situation will occur. Unfortunately there is usually no way to anticipate this stock-out situation until an order is placed for that item.

Most items are granted a 14 days return privilege for a full refund, exchange or credit to another item. The key to all returns is simply returning the products in the same condition as received taking care to protect both the interior and exterior packaging as well as to include all related hardware, accessories and clothing tags. Please note that shipping charges and eBay selling fees are not refunded on returned items.
