I always try to give you the opportunity to choose how you want your item shipped. However there are some items that require that they be shipped via UPS for which a physical address is needed because UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

I understand that you may change your mind after you receive your merchandise and therefore I will accept your item in return for the money you spent for that item. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. I will return your money upon receipt of the merchandise received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Should you receive some merchandise that was damaged in transit you must first contact the carrier, as they have a responsibility to take care of merchandise damaged in transit. In all cases communicate with me through email and I will do what I can to satisfy you so that you will continue having a good buying experience.
