I treat EVERYONE with curtesy and respect. Honest, dependable and very humble are words that best describe me. Ebay is a hobby. I love the whole concept, from listing an item for sale to packing it up for shipment. It's unbelievibly exciting!

I started and ran a gift shop in Florida. Candles, touristy stuff. It's not all it's cracked up to be. Ebay is much easier and fits perfectly into my schedule.

I take PayPal right now. I'm gun shy with checks and money orders as I was almost burned a couple of years ago by a scam. Most people have a credit or debit card which makes PayPal an easy tool to purchase items.

I am the King of packing. I really go overboard. Some people hate it but, if you're going to sell on eBay, one has to learn how to pack a box correctly. I expect that from other sellers and I've been lucky. The key to proper packing is to imagine you are mailing the item to yourself. That's all there is to it.

I give folks 7 days to decide whether or not they are going to keep the item. If you want to return it, fine. Just pay the shipping back to me and you've got your money back. I question those that sell without a return policy. It doesn't make any sense to me. The buyer doesn't like it, doesn't work for them, their spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend doesn't like it so, give them their money back.

I can be contacted through eBay. When I have an auction going, I'm constantly checking my messages for questions and I'm obligated to respond. Someone out there needs additional information before they can make a decision. It's only going to help the sale.
