I am basically a happy, positive person...though that has been tried recently with losing my job, my husband's alzheimer's diagnosis and a myriad of other smaller things. I still am happy more often than not. I also love keeping busy.

Reading, scrapbooking and spending time with my family. (Including my 4 grandchildren...most recent one 1 month old.

Probably I'd have to say anything by James Patterson, although I enjoy any good suspense novel or anything based on true story.

The notebook. Always was, but now it is bittersweet because my husband of 30 years was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

So I can be home most of the time with my husband (Alzheimers) and still support us. I truly do take GREAT pride in making customers happy and getting that great feedback. Makes my day every time I read a new one.

I have a great work ethic. My first job was typesetting at a newspaper at age 15. I went to school 1/2 day & worked 1/2. I have done several types of work. The most recent was in the insurance industry past 20 years. Customer service area and sales. The last 8 with a boss that was FANTASTIC and encouraged us to WOW our customers...go over and above to not only satisfy them but make them say (Wow, I can't believe they did that for me). I LOVED my job. That ended Aug. 08 & I got serious about building my business on Ebay. So now, I want to do that same thing here. I want to make my customers return to my store by offering quality items, fair deals and customer satisfaction.

I put in my auctions that I ship within 3 business days of payment. I normally do even better,most times shipping the next day. I may have to change that to shipping once or twice a week as my husband's condition worsens. Hope my customers will understand.

I do not accept returns unless I have made a mistake. I hate having to take that stand but unfortunately there are just to many dishonest people that would abuse the privilege.

Through Ebay as I do not check my email often. I check Ebay several times throughout the day.

Since I am doing this to support my husband & myself (it will in the near future be our only means of support) I work very hard at it. I don't ask for charity from anyone and I have always...and will continue to help anyone I can that is willing to help themselves. And that's what I am asking of anyone reading this. Buy from me when you can, knowing I am an honest seller. But also refer me to others. I am working hard to really build my business here and any and all help (including advice) is very much appreciated.
