VERY ABUSIVE. Buyer was very unhappy. I offered a FULL REFUND & they became abusive/aggressive. accused me of being unwilling to work with them. When asked what "working with them" meant they became angry & tried to COERCE me to GIVE them the item for half price vs a full refund. I told them "Send it back and I'll find an expert to fix/appraise it." Buyer said I was being difficult, EVEN THOUGH I'D OFFERED THEM A FULL REFUND, they then THREATENED a negative review. I STILL gave a FULL REFUND.
