Helpful book for person who has shattered dreams
2 of 2 found this helpful The author, Larry Crabb, does an excellent job of helping the reader see that God uses the shattered dreams of our lives to bring us to the point where we see that our REAL desire is to know God. If our smaller dreams and desires are always fulfilled, then we don't get in touch with our most fervent desire of knowing and serving God. He uses the book of Ruth from the Bible to show how God worked through her shattered dreams to bring wholeness and healing. I highly recommend this book.

This book gives areas where God wants to bring wholeness and healing into your life. She takes concepts from the Bible and puts them into practical everyday steps that will help you on your way to wholeness. She uses what God did in her life to encorage the reader to allow God to do in their life also. Highly recommended.
