These items are mostly in like-new condition and we test to insure they function as they should. Any items that are not this way, are listed with full disclosure to any defects or missing pieces. Sometimes these items get returned to the store because they are missing a CD or user manual. Other times they are gifts that are returned and the store can no longer sell them as new. That is where we come in and buy them wholesale in bulk and sell them to the eBay community!
