Returns are accepted within 7 days only if item(s) is/are in its/their original condition. No refunds on damaged merchandise unless it is covered by the insurance policy. If you have not made arrangements with me prior to the 7 day expiration, then returns will no longer be accepted. After each item is made, it is washed. Once washed, the item is thoroughly inspected for flaws or damage. I do not post items that do not pass inspection.
