Been screwed by EBay and Paypal more times that I can count so I'm very wary these days. Once bought an MS63 1889-cc Morgan, paid 1 minute after the auction end with Paypal, after two years I'm still waiting on that coin and neither EBay or Paypal did a damn thing! Then a second time they blamed it on each other until finally they said too much time elapsed and that they were sorry and that I was just out of luck since the seller couldn't be located to get my money back... so I put all Paypal on my credit card now! At least I KNOW my bank will get my money back if need be! Sorry to vent here but I assure you it's the absolute 100% gospel TRUTH! SO BE CAREFUL!
