Payment policy
Droopy Horse Productions accepts Paypal payments only. Please do not ask if we accept money orders or cash payment.

Shipping information
Nothing is more frustrating than waiting for an item you've order to arrive so we ship your items as quickly as psooible. Most dvds will ship the same or next business day. We also sell many PREORDER dvds and preorder dvds will ship shortly before or on the official US release date. Combined shipping discounts is given on all dvd and electronic games. The first item is $2.98, each additional item is $1.99.

Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you recieve a defective dvd or electronic game we will send a replacement item when the original item has been returned. Please note, there are no returns on CUSTOM items (custom mighty muggs, printed materials, etc.)
