I started Ebay when I had to move to a smaller place, so instead of packing my items y listed them on Ebay, I got so much fun communicating with buyers, that once I moved I kept listing products in a more steady manner.
Payment policy
Pay pal is very much appreciated and expected no later than 7 days after the end of an auction. If you encounter a payment problem, let me know so I can make the necessary arrangements.
I have zero tolerance for non paying bidders and will follow every time the non payment ebay claim procedure.
Shipping information
My handling time is max 3 days, sometimes I ship immediately after payment is cleared. However I do have a personal life and I take vacations every now and then, in that case your shipping may be delayed 1 or 2 days and I appreciate your patience and understanding. I check every single item before packing it with care.
I ship via USPS first class with delivery confirmation most of the time.
To maintain a low shipping fee, International parcels are sent without delivery confirmation.
Tracking number is sent via pay pal to your e- mail address.
Return policy
All sales are final. I suggest that you read carefully the listings and look at the picture. If you encounter any problem with your item such as not as described or received wrong item, please DO NOT use it and contact me immediately.
Price policy
My starting price is my reserve price. I consider it realistic and it's based on the quality of my item and the retail price of it. Please do not make me any offers lower than the starting price. However, do not hesitate to ask for a combined shipping. Once you win an item let me know you are still shopping so I can hold your items for up to 7 days. When you are done shopping I'll send you an invoice with the right shipping fee.
Feedback
I do love to give and receive positive feedback. I'll leave you a feedback once I've received yours, which means you are satisfied with the transaction.
Do not expect feedback if: I haven't got feedback from you, I file an unpaid item claim, If you retract your bid or ask me to cancel it, the transaction is canceled for any reason. (I've learned the hard way ;-( )
