His step-father was rock & rock impresario LENNY STOGEL who managed THE COWSILLS, REDBONE, and TOMMY JAMES & THE SHONDELLS. Lenny died in an airplane disaster in Chicago in 1979. He was scouting a location to do a follow up concert to his two legendary music festivals CALIFORNIA JAM & CAL JAM 2. Bill started his career as an actor & musician, fronting many bands and playing or recording with members of Earth Wind & Fire, Bachman Turner Overdrive, The Grass Roots, Tyranny, Billy Cowsill, Frances Plante-Scott, Rose Royce, Cowboy Surfer, Buffalo Springfield Revisited and many more. He attended the prestigious 'Berklee College of Music' in Boston and 'Dick Grove School of Music' in Studio City, CA where he graduated with honors.Bill is developing Film & Tv shows.
