Usually USPS Priority Mail. Shipments go out within 2 business days after payment is completed. I usually ship same or next business day, 2 business days max. I will always do my best to use the most economical shipping method available. Large or over-sized items are normally shipped via UPS Ground to provide the lowest shipping cost to the buyer. If you prefer another form of shipment that is not offered in the listing, please contact me to inquire about your preferred method of shipment.
