I received 2 pairs of these headphones and the voice does not match the picture on the TV, and the sound keeps breaking up. Would you like me to return, or can I fix the problem? If I can not get them to work properly please send me a refund and I will return it. These headphones did not come in the box that was advertised. Please advise if you want a positive comment.
