I've been a member since 2004. I stopped business for quite awhile. Wanting to restart, I'd forgotten my username/password. Asking ebay to retrieve it, they said I had to start all over. I had a high positive score! So now here I am, with a new username and a very low feedback score; but hopefully keeping it positive! My advice to you: Please write down your username/password somewhere you will have access to, so you don't have the same problem I did. I'm taking it pretty rational, but it is a bit upsetting that they couldn't have helped me out more. But it was MY fault.
