Our family has owned and operated a video rental store for over 17 years, and Mother worked as a purchasing agent for a large international automobile parts manufacturer for 36 years until she retired on disability. Daughter has worked as a waitress, store clerk, factory worker, animal care giver, and now is half of the team that is known as Easley'sEverything. Pretty much if you're corresponding with someone through 'Ask Seller a Question', you're communicating with The Daughter :) When Mother retired on disability she decided she couldn't stand idle hands, and Mother invested in stock for the eBay store, to give Daughter an easy way to make income while going to school and help care for her. Both of us have great fun providing wonderful items at VERY low prices to the populace of eBay. :)

Pay-Pal is the only payment method accepted for any and all of our auctions.

Shipping is done at the earliest possible time, anywhere from once a week to 5+ days a week, depending on weather, classes, health/illness and my (the daughter) ability to drive the half hour to the store where all our merchandise is actually located. Usually we ship 3 times a week. If there are going to be any delays in getting your order to you we will contact you at the first possible moment. :)

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. All reasonable issues will be handled promptly and politely :)
