I have been a computer programmer for 10 years now and currently attending Graduate school for Master's in IS with Concentration in Information Technology. I have always wanted to sell things in EBay and I am VERY HAPPY to have finally started!

With books, I usually have no return policies because I wouldn't sell a book that wouldn't be worth owning. In other words, my books are usually in Very Good conditions and when they are bought, they are now in the seller's hands.
However, with other products such as Computer Hardware, I will most definitely have return policies in place.
