Items that qualify for a Return:
Damaged in shipment Merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that the carrier must be notified of the damage within 48 hours.
Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging within 14 days of receipt (not valid on quantity orders that contain two or more fixtures).
Merchandise that was not shipped correctly or was mispacked within 5 days of receipt. After receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, you will receive a credit for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a 30% restocking fee on all returned merchandise, unless defective or shipped incorrectly.
Please note: Items that are final sale, discontinued or custom made cannot be returned.

What Customer Service help do you offer?
There are instances in which an item may be listed but is not actually in stock. If you have an electrician scheduled to install your item, you need to check availability and estimated shipping time to ensure your order will arrive before your scheduled installation. All items listed will require bulbs and assembly unless otherwise noted. We do our best to obtain images and descriptions from our manufactures. Sometimes an item may show extra options that are not actually included. We will do our best to work with you on the price but we will not eat the full cost. Please note that we are closed on the weekends and holidays, E-mails and payments received after Friday afternoon will not be processed until the next business day. If you are not receiving a response to your E-mail, Please call us at (908)-334-3477so that we can clear up any problems. E-mail is not perfect.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR ALL MEYDA LIGHTING
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY ECES,LLC.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery.
For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer Lifetime On Product Defect. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please have your item number and your name and Email nug411@optonline.net.Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected and ECES,LLC customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS
As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by ECES,LLC through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).
Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions.
All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: ECES,LLC will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to ECES,LLC and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. ECES,LLC is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement.
