Self employed with my own primitive shop called The Queen Bee,open from Sept-March,and have had my shop since 2001. I continue to sell on Ebay and have other ventures as the TDIPT Mercantile, and Simply Primitives site also. A future website of my very own is in the works.
Payment policy
PAYPAL or money order, I would appreciate all payments to be completed within 7 days of end of listing, and if you are sending a money order please advise me
Shipping information
I only ship on Mon or Tues, and have to be firm on that as I cannot run to my post office for each shipment,so if paypals transactions take a week to process and your payment falls on a Tuesday evening I will not ship that item until the following Monday. I always do my best to ship within 5 BUSINESS days(not including Holidays or Sat or Sun.,after I receive your payment,,so please do not leave negative marks about shipping time. I try and estimate by weight your shipping charge, if it is a difference of an excess of 1.25 then I will credit you or write you a personnal check. I do ot charge any additional fees for packing materials, or handling fee, and I am able to keep it that way due to me only shipping one day a week,,, I will combine all items you have purchased, within 7 days time,,and anyone buying 100.00 or more gets FREE shipping.
Return policy
No returns on seasonal merchandise, and limited returns on everyday items,if there is an issue than a credit will be given for other merchandise. I do neveryhting in my power to over describe the itme, at least 4-8 pictures are shown, and there is the question forum for just that,,,questions before you bid. I do use coffee to age the pieces and also cloves, nutmeg,and sometimes cinnamon, all textiles that are well worn will be identified as that, and please remember that textiles from the 1870's or sometimes earlier will have worn spots,and stains beyond my doings.
