i have been in the auto parts design, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, sales, operations and just nearly all of it. not a suit and tie kinda guy...started trading model car parts in 1958 and still do, they just cost more and weigh more...

lenses & lens sets for 40's- 60's American autos, old school custom goodies. bout near anything someone might want or need.

same as i sell...try to at least break even. started buying out obsolete inventories in parts stores and dealerships in the early 70's and hording the parts. knowing someday there will be people looking for some of what i had. sure eough, now facing retirement, i have enough parts to keep me eating for quite a few years. sure i have duds but i also have a lot of nice, new n.o.s. parts just waiting for the time to be right to bring them out. i buy gasoline, spaces at swap meets, club dues and occasionally a hot meal.

screw-on hub caps for wood spoke wheels, car magazines ( or she says i do...) Also, i have alays had a fasination with lights on all cars. i have amassed quite the selection of old lights and lenses. most all mopar parts i have is from dealerships which continued to move parts to the back room every few years. no one had ever come thru with cash and a trailer and offered to buy up all the parts no longer listed. the body parts departments was an area usually overlooked and there was mountains of new parts just put away. outta site, outta mind. that was my weakness but now my strength...unique 1 of a kind lights and lenses for antique autos. music and clothes that don't fit any longer...

Ebay has been my best marketing tool since the new millininum. Ebay took a lot of old cranky, crooked sellers out of the loop. i say GOOD! there is no place in this world for greed or thieves. I believe in Ebay and treating all with respect and resolving issues. I work to treat all as i want to be treated. try me, i am real...

pay pal is per ebay... feel they charge too much for what they do. they have us by the short hairs but no one tries to pull us all together. ingorance is bliss. we must not be so blissful...speak your peace!!! i hate paper trails but we are forced to abide by there rules...think about it, we pay for it, shouldn't we have some kind of say-so??? also takes money order, cashiers check, cash works too usually.

up to 10 pounds, i use our US postal service...over 10 pounds i use UPS (big brown)...i pack very well but do buy insurance on glass and / or plastic items. insurance has two purposes...when the USPS sees you have bought insurance they are more gentle. if you don't, well they seem to be able to cause problems for you and I. second...they cannot replace the part in most cases, but no one can...but you do get your money back so it is not a complete loss. no coverage is a complet loss in most cases. USPS, they are the most reasonable on cost but not the most time critical. big brown is very expensive for small packages but do give $100.00 free insurance at no charge to us. No po boxes allowed on big brown though. usps delivers to either for us. freight cost is that plus the applicable insurance cost. the only way i will not insure breakable items is by written request from you.

touch base with me...i will work with you. usually if you do not agree the part to be as i described and photographed, return it prepaid and i will refund the part price only...if i made a mistake there is no charge to return the product. i'll eat the freight if it was my mistake. if you ordered it and it does not fit because the description left a question in your mind, then you must pay the return freight costs.( that is why i ask you to email me with questions...if i do not think it will work and you buy it anyway, that is your issue, not mine... i also charge a 15% restocking fee if you just decided you didn't want it or the wife said you couldn't have it after you bought it. i cannot control your conscience or your wife's...communication is the key to all transactions. truth is critical also. i read feedback of all bidders. if i don't want to deal with you because of your feedback or the attitude you have shown in feedback, that is my choice...if this is a problem, don't bid!
