You will see that I have been an ebayer for a few years now. I felt that I wanted to explain to you what happened why I received negative feedback. The first negative remark is self explanitory with my reply.
The other negative comment is from a Vera Bradley purse that I bought. When I received the item it was the incorrect item, no contact from seller letting me know that they sent incorrect item I had to make initial contact. Then I had to send back item took a long time to get to me and then I was dissapointed to waite twice as long to receive item. I had ask for refund for the shipping charge (there mistake sending me incorrect item). This seller I should have left negative feedback for myself but since we did eventually resolve the issue I left neutral wich I thought was fair. Then the seller was upset and asked me to remove and I said no it was neutral not negative and given the circumstances I thought it was fair. Since I said no they left negative.
