My name is Lara Nester. I live with my husband, Keith, and our two children in Mount Airy, NC.
Keith has been in the hosiery industry - manufacturing, sales, and finance - for more than a decade. Our eBay business started in 2005 when he decided to offer his company's Ballston brand and closeout socks in auctions and store listings.
We have transitioned to full ownership of the eBay business and run it as we would any other venture. That means we are serious about providing excellent service, superior products and the best values for socks on eBay.

Payment policy
We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks.
Shipping information
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE USA - We ship within 2 business days of receiving PayPal payment or money order. We ship within 2 business days of personal check or eCheck clearing our bank.
For most items we use USPS Priority Mail. We sometimes offer First Class Mail. FedEx is also an option. Occasionally, we will require FedEx for large or expensive items so that the package can be accurately tracked.
We believe in combining shipping to save you money and WE WILL NOT CHARGE MORE THAN $10 FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS SHIPPING TOGETHER. If your shipping charges do not look correct at checkout, please contact us for an invoice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - International shipping is available to most countries via USPS. Email me for rates and availability of insurance before placing a bid. Some countries we cannot ship to because of customs laws. International shipments require accurate statements on customs documents. Please do not ask us to misrepresent our contents or prices.
Return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item is DEFECTIVE or SHIPPED IN ERROR, we pay shipping costs for the return and will replace the item or refund your purchase price. If you return or exchange an item for ANY OTHER REASON, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item (if applicable). Refunds are issued via PayPal or check, depending on the original method of payment.
