Helms Farm Machinery, is a second generation family owned and operated business, specializing in new and used Ford tractor parts. Helms Farm Machinery, was founded by James T Helms, a farmer who also enjoyed fixing up tractors, buying, selling and trading. His tractor business increased as he became more and more known locally. After his death in 1980, his wife Katherine, and youngest son Jimmy continued to operate and grow the company, later in 1986, youngest daughter Ena Marie joined the family business. A long the way, Helms Farm Machinery has taken on several different new tractor lines and equipment lines, while continuing to focus on carrying a large inventory of new and used Ford tractor parts. In 2005, Helms Farm Machinery, underwent two major changes, losing their beloved mother and partner Katherine Helms, and also expanding to online sales. The internet has brought a new aspect to selling parts both nationally & globally and introduced us to new customers & friends.

International Orders: Payment for international orders must be paid with paypal or a major credit card.

We ship daily via UPS and USPS. We will get your order out as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped the same day as payment is received, if not, it's shipped on the next business day.Insurance is optional on most orders, however on some items of high value insurance is required.We will combine as much of the shipping charges as possible. Shipping is based on the weight of your order and the size box it is packaged in (very large boxes and items that can not be shipped in a box are subject to an oversize or additional shipping charge by most carriers). We try to save you as much on shipping as possible and we feel our shipping charges are very reasonable. We charge the actual shipping charge to you plus a very small handling fee that averages from .50 to 1.50 on your order.

Authorized returns on new merchandise only. If product is defective or damaged, buyer will receive a full refund or a replacement. All other returns will be subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in NEW condition along with a copy of the original invoice or the ebay item number of the original purchase.
